RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Khoj Store, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product or Size Received: If you receive a different product or size than what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
To qualify, the issue must be due to no fault of the customer.
Important:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items ordered in the correct size/product but no longer desired by the customer.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer (these are final sale items).
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling or use.
2. Return Shipping & Responsibility
If your return request is approved and the issue is confirmed to be on our end:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by The Khoj Store.
- A return shipping label or reimbursement process will be provided to you once your request has been verified.
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product to ensure it is not damaged during return transit.
Please note: If the item is damaged in transit while being returned due to inadequate packaging, the return or exchange may be voided.
3. Exchange Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue:
- We will ship the correct item (right size/product) at no additional cost to you.
- You will be notified via email once your replacement has been dispatched.
4. Sale & Promotional Items
- All sale or discounted items are final sale.
- We do not accept any returns or offer exchanges on sale items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges or replacements as per the policy guidelines above.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you meet the above criteria, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

In your email, please include:
- Your full name and order number
- A brief description of the issue including clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the original packaging, including the shipping label
- A video of the unboxing process, if available (strongly recommend for damaged or incorrect item claims)
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
⚠️ Note: Providing unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and images of the original packaging is essential for us to assess and process your request accurately and quickly.
7. Additional Notes
- Returns and exchanges will not be processed without prior communication and approval via email.
- This policy is subject to change without notice. We recommend checking this page before making a purchase.
